4. User Accounts

Kelbetty does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the service and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kelbetty's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination
